Town Center Village is conveniently located in Southeast Portland near the Clackamas Town Center mall, restaurants and medical facilities.

Town Center Village is designed in the tradition of a classic European Village offering a vast array of housing options in addition to the full continuum of care services. All neighborhoods are connected by skybridges that keep residents warm and secure as they visit the community areas, including on site banking with Umpqua Bank (www.umpquabank.com).

Town Center Village residents may choose from retirement living at the Towers, The Gables or The Terrace, with Assisted Living at the Fountains, or seek specialized care at our rehabilitation center and skilled nursing, with outpatient therapies and with home care options. Our nationally recognized fitness and wellness center provides programs that encourage residents to be independent, active and involved.

Town Center Village offers a variety of housing and lifestyle options on a monthly rental basis. Whether you are looking for retirement, assisted living, rehabilitation, home care or skilled nursing, you will find it all here on one convenient campus setting. Each community within the village is unique and connected by skybridges for easy movement around the community. Town Center Village is known for outstanding resident programs that include health and wellness, educational opportunities, social events and engaging activities.

The Towers

Welcome to the Towers where you will find spacious one and two bedroom apartments complete with full kitchens. The Towers boasts a resident library, billiards lounge, laundry facilities and covered secure parking. These large apartments provide a very comfortable living space with lots of natural light and easy access to the community via skybridges. Meal options and housekeeping services are also available for an additional fee.

The Gables

At the Gables you will find comfortable and inviting choices in studio suites and one or two bedroom apartments with plenty of amenities. Choose to eat in the Terrace Restaurant or use your own full kitchen to prepare meals. If housekeeping and linen service are desired, they are available for an additional fee.

The Terrace

At the Terrace, variety is the spice of life. Residents may choose from studios, one and two bedroom apartments and, the ultimate in luxury, penthouse suites. Three delicious meals are served daily in the beautiful Garden Dining Room and weekly housekeeping and flat linen service are included in the monthly fee. Covered parking is available for an additional fee.

The Fountains

The Fountains Assisted Living specializes in individualized programs and services for those who would benefit from support with tasks such as medication management and personal services such as assistance with bathing, dressing and grooming. Our 24 hour staff is available to respond to emergency calls and to provide personal care in the privacy of the resident's home. Studio suites and one bedroom apartments are available and all meals are served in our cozy private dining room.

The Fountains

The Fountains also offers a 51 bed rehabilitation center with Medicare – HMO skilled nursing services. Our rehab center is licensed by the State of Oregon and is staffed by a dedicated team that encourages and supports you to regain and sustain your independence.

Specialty services include: IV medication management, trauma care, specialty wound care, coordinated activities, social services and comprehensive discharge planning.
