Post-Acute Care at Generations has around-the-clock, licensed nursing care to provide you with the best post-acute care available in a supportive and tranquil environment. Our highly trained, specialized rehabilitation team will take a holistic approach to develop a treatment plan tailored to match your needs and help you achieve the greatest possible outcomes.
Post-Acute Care (or skilled nursing) is a type of care provided to seniors who need a high level of medical care from medical professionals, especially after an acute medical event. Our skilled nursing teams provide 24-hour licensed nursing care, including cardiac, stroke, diabetes, and post-surgical care.

Join us for our monthly resident social to greet our new residents and get to know more about those that already call Montage Ridge Home! This month, Pacific Dental Services will be sponsoring our event and providing more information on dental care and services for older adults!
My mother recently came here for rehabilitation and I was very pleased with the care she received. The CNA’s during day shift were super sweet and helpful. I liked the fact they always encouraged my mother to go to the dining hall. Big thank you to the PA’s Tim Shank, Jane and Pam the night nurse who was always so helpful. Thank you Montage Ridge!
Very nice assisted senior housing. The building is clean, the staff and caregivers are friendly and efficient. All seem to enjoy THEIR JOBS and TREAT my mother well.Good variety of meals and though it is a little bland, I understand that most of OUR SENIOR FAMILY MEMBERS CANNOT CONTINUE to eat highly seasoned items and such.Keep up the great job!
Staff was warm and friendly, immediately making patient and family members comfortable. My father arrived during the dinner hour and they had a meal waiting for him. Nurses were efficient and helpful with completing necessary paperwork. They were attentive, patient, and took time to explain how rehab would begin the following day. Nurses checked in frequently to remind my father to use his call button if he needed anything, any time during the night. After initially being somewhat resistant to rehab, my father commented several times that Montage Ridge was a very nice place to be and that it felt “homey.” His room is very spacious with comfortable furniture. We are extremely impressed with the facility and the staff. Montage Ridge has already exceeded our expectations.
We want to thank the entire staff for the amazing care they provided to our father. They went out of their way daily to provide him with a warm and caring environment and supported him with all of his care needs. The entire staff is top notch and truly cared for him as they would for their own family members. There are so many instances where they went above and beyond to care for our father and his dog and us that we will be eternally grateful for! In addition, the Brookdale Hospice Team and Nursing staff who helped him through his final stages of life was incredible! We feel extremely blessed that our father was here for several years and so well cared for! Many thanks to Marissa and her amazing Team!
