Great staff, everyone is polite and respectful. The front desk receptionist always greets you with a smile and treats you like a returning friend. The facility is clean and always in tip top shape. The care being given to the residents shows through and through.

This is a great facility!! New management has energized staff to provide outstanding, resident-centered care to all family members and guests. Disgruntled and poor performing staff that were not 100% committed to compassionate resident care, have chosen to leave. It’s a beautiful facility and you can tour with staff, see the great accommodations, and talk with staff members who are the direct care givers to family members. Your family is welcome here!!!

So glad i resigned. Some employee come to work hung over and high and h.r does nothing lots of favoritism.

Management is rude. Monique a tiny bit . The HR lady Nadia doesn’t smile and when you ask her a question she’s a little mean. There is soo many other beautiful facilities where you can take your loved ones, you just have to look around. I don’t recommend this place. Caregivers are okay. They’re a little lazy, but they’re okay. They kinda get mad at the residents and argue with them. I’m just giving an honest review

Serrento Casa has been a blessing. I was not able to find a place for my mother due to a family situation. Casa Serrento stepped in and took my mother in. They have been amazing with her. Everyone is so kind and professional. Jeremy, Nicol, and Gloria are angels from heaven as well as the other staff that has brought peace into our family knowing that she is well taken care off. If I could give a million starts I would.

Im leaving these five stars because of the front receptionist Named Kathy her communication skills are on point always multi tasking and ensuring everything is running smoothly, she makes sure that the patients within the facility know that she is there for them and has there backs to the fullest couldn’t ask for a better receptionist.

This was our 1st visit to Serento Casa, my sister in law Sally Hickman lives there. To see her so excited and talking to a lot of different people that she recently met and to call them “ friends”. I love all of what I saw today. We actually sat & had lunch with her and we visited her in her room that she is so comfortable and proud of. My husband and I Tony (Sally’s brother) left the building so happy for Sally that she is in a wonderful place.
