We are having a Whoville Grinchmas Social with the Grinch as out special guest. Followed by our resident Christmas Dinner at Bj’s Brewing Company followed by a drive down Christmas Tree Lane.
When it came time to place my mom in an Assisted Living facility, it was a difficult decision for her and her children. We set up tours of several facilities, and she chose Carmel Village above all the others. The staff is warm and welcoming. They took the time to introduce my mom to other residents so she felt comfortable being there. They made the transition easy for all of us.
We moved my mother in law to Carmel Village last September. Unfortunately, she is totally bed ridden and requires round the clock care. She has been in hospice care at the same time. That said, we are grateful beyond words for moving her to Carmel Village in this most difficult time. The staff demonstrate kindness, love, care and professionalism beyond our expectations. We visit daily and always leave knowing that our loved one is safe, loved and receiving wonderful care. The facility is beautiful. Our grandchildren say it’s like Great Grandma is at a “really nice hotel!” My wife and I agree. We only wish she could experience all that Carmel Village has to offer but, that won’t happen. However, we truly appreciate the staff and their genuine kindness.
When A-Plus Senior Placements sends potential family members to Carmel Village at Clovis to tour we know they are in good hands. Polly is always friendly and transparent. Polly digs deeply into the discovery process to ensure they can meet the needs of the families loved one. It is evident that Polly truly cares about the senior industry as a whole.
I have provided my moving labor services to a couple residents at this facility and my packing and unpacking services to a family here at this facility. Over all seems like a great place staff is friendly and attentive to there residents. The staff member In charge the lady I checked in with was all good vibes but also very professional I can’t remember her name I was there 1/29/22 3pm to 6 pm. Temperature check vaccine proof wash hands is required at check in . The families I worked with were super cool people very friendly . Great facility hope to be back soon

I have lived at Paradise Village. It is my home. I feel secure in knowing the management and staff are here for me and they have, in fact, enriched my life. Good leaders, good friends, and careful attention to senior needs makes my decision to move to Paradise Village a smart move.
We found the overall experience at Paradise Village to be impressive. Carolyn did a great job with the tour and it made our decision so much easier when our mother’s needs increased to have her reside there. The staff, caregivers and programs are first class and were reasonable priced. We now have two sets of parents there in different care levels, Paradise Village was at the top list of our choices.

What a wise decisionwe made that day 6 years ago to move here.
I just helped my mom move in here. Everyone on the staff has been very friendly and warm and accommodating. The village is overall very nice with a lot of amenities that hopefully my mom will be able to use. The price is slightly higher than tour standard indy village but the setting is much much nicer than most of the other places we looked at. Hollie in the new resident department was super friendly and answered all our questions. Reggie (night security) was helpful and friendly when I was here at night after work trying to bring various stuff up to setup moms apt. Jacqueline at the front desk is always friendly and warm when I call in to ask a question. The waiters and waitresses at the restaurant are really sweet and accomplishing.

Serrento Casa has been a blessing. I was not able to find a place for my mother due to a family situation. Casa Serrento stepped in and took my mother in. They have been amazing with her. Everyone is so kind and professional. Jeremy, Nicol, and Gloria are angels from heaven as well as the other staff that has brought peace into our family knowing that she is well taken care off. If I could give a million starts I would.
Im leaving these five stars because of the front receptionist Named Kathy her communication skills are on point always multi tasking and ensuring everything is running smoothly, she makes sure that the patients within the facility know that she is there for them and has there backs to the fullest couldn’t ask for a better receptionist.
This was our 1st visit to Serento Casa, my sister in law Sally Hickman lives there. To see her so excited and talking to a lot of different people that she recently met and to call them “ friends”. I love all of what I saw today. We actually sat & had lunch with her and we visited her in her room that she is so comfortable and proud of. My husband and I Tony (Sally’s brother) left the building so happy for Sally that she is in a wonderful place.

Serento is clean and the people are very helpful and nice. To enter you need to stand in front of a camera answer a few question and a visitor tag is printed. EASY.
Very professional & kind staff. On top of that their facility is meticulously kept clean & safe. I couldn’t think of a better place for my grandmother. This is the third location we have moved her to but it will definitely be the last because I have not seen any better. Thank you guys for your incredible care & loving aid! You guys rock!!
My Father was at Sorrento Rosa in the assisted living for two years and memory care for one year before he passed at age 96. With the exception of the required 2020 Covid isolation time period, he was very happy there. The caregivers, nurses, dining room and administrative personnel are professional, very caring, patient, and kind. Dad enjoyed the activities and socializing with the staff and residents. As his daughter, I appreciated the communication from the staff, especially in the last year. We will be forever grateful for their love and support extended to our whole family.
Serento Rosa Post AcuteThe place is extra clean and doesn’t smell like urine like some other nursing facility. Rooms has a private and semi-private, large size, I would highly recommend this place to friends and family needing a great recovery center.They have AMAZING NURSES with full of kindness and TLC, they treat like their family, attentive to the needs of the patient and family, the moment you enter the facility you will see the smile on their faces and feel the warmth welcome. Nurses are competent and have a great skills on handling patients case and situation.
I am very happy we found Serento Rosa for my mom. The memory care unit is her new home. The caregiving staff is great, they treat the residents with care and dignity. They take a personal interest in the residents and provide a family atmosphere. They provide many activities for the residents. The nursing staff keeps family members informed of any medical needs. I would highly recommend Serento Rosa for those seeking a care facility for their loved ones.
