The staff and care team at montage ridge go above and beyond for their residents. I have been a PTA in skilled nursing and senior living for over 10 years. This environment is not an easy one, the level of care needed to everyone here is high. This community has shown me over the last 3 years that they are willing to accommodate and adapt to residents needs. They listen to families and try their best to make it right. The staff here are willing to work with residents and family to accommodate their wants and needs. They are open to communication and able to grow with your loved ones needs. There is always something going on to keep folks entertained.
I was looking for an assistant living community for my Dad. I had visited about 10 different communities. When I walked into montage Ridge, I knew right away that this would be a very good fit for my dad. The staff is wonderful, friendly, and a very accommodating. My dad was very hesitant about moving when I took him to visit the community, after meeting all of the staff they put him at ease. I would recommend anybody looking for an assistant living community in Lakewood. Please stop by and visit, i’m sure it would be a good fit for any aging Parent. Most communities want you to sign up the day you visit Joya and her staff Never put any pressure on signing up today of the visit.
Amazing care! My 91 yr old mother was in acute care rehab for 5 weeks here. The nurses were prompt and responsive and kind. The food was excellent. The PAs and NPs were on top of all her medical needs and even on weekends got scans and necessary tests. The communication with each other and with us was great. Calls were returned promptly and updates texted when needed. We highly recommend Montage Ridge.
Our family member has received wonderful care at Montage Ridge. The staff are kind, caring, and professional in every way. He loves the food, activities, and the people. We are very lucky to have found Montage Ridge.
My mother recently came here for rehabilitation and I was very pleased with the care she received. The CNA’s during day shift were super sweet and helpful. Very nice assisted senior housing. The building is clean, the staff and caregivers are friendly and efficient. All seem to enjoy THEIR JOBS and TREAT my mother well.Good variety of meals and though it is a little bland, I understand that most of OUR SENIOR FAMILY MEMBERS CANNOT CONTINUE to eat highly seasoned items and such.Keep up the great job!
Staff was warm and friendly, immediately making patient and family members comfortable. My father arrived during the dinner hour and they had a meal waiting for him. Nurses were efficient and helpful with completing necessary paperwork. They were attentive, patient, and took time to explain how rehab would begin the following day. Nurses checked in frequently to remind my father to use his call button if he needed anything, any time during the night. After initially being somewhat resistant to rehab, my father commented several times that Montage Ridge was a very nice place to be and that it felt “homey.” His room is very spacious with comfortable furniture. We are extremely impressed with the facility and the staff. Montage Ridge has already exceeded our expectations.
We want to thank the entire staff for the amazing care they provided to our father. They went out of their way daily to provide him with a warm and caring environment and supported him with all of his care needs. The entire staff is top notch and truly cared for him as they would for their own family members. There are so many instances where they went above and beyond to care for our father and his dog and us that we will be eternally grateful for! In addition, the Brookdale Hospice Team and Nursing staff who helped him through his final stages of life was incredible! We feel extremely blessed that our father was here for several years and so well cared for! Many thanks to Marissa and her amazing Team!

I recently moved my mother from an assisted living in CA to Montage Hills so I could be closer to her. My experience with Montage so far as been wonderful! Beginning with the business and admissions staff and right on through to move in day and then every day living, i have no complaints whatsoever and neither does my mom. Sydney is fantastic; she handled so many details from initial contact through interview, room selection, and introductions to staff etc. She was organized and efficient, and she did what she said she would do at every turn. I appreciated her attention to detail and prompt responses to my many questions. All the staff are caring, kind, and go out of their way to make the tenants feel at home and loved. Great place- what a find!
We have been very pleased with the staff and facility at Montage Hills. Sydney Ridinger was extremely helpful and transparent throughout the process in finding a community that works for our family. We are very happy with the care and attention our father is receiving.
Great communication with Sydney, helped me step by step and I made sure I had all the paperwork ready prior to moving my mom in. Answered all questions and is available by text. The property is great, clean, friendly staff! Prices are great too as some places can be very pricy. There were people waiting for us when we arrived with my mom there and greeted us. It was around lunch time so my mom, myself and my husband had food. We set up her studio the day before and they hooked up the cable to the TV and made her bed. Very smooth transition and my mom loves it there.
I love Montage Hills. Sydney was the first point of contact and she was and still is quick to respond and always ready to assist with questions or concerns. She was so helpful in a stressful situation and went above and beyond to help me move my father in a somewhat rushed situation. My dad has been at Montage Hills for a full month now and sends me pictures of the meals which he really enjoys. I am so happy we found this place. Thank you Sydney and staff!
Just an absolutely delightful place. A lot of activities and interaction with the residents. The food is good, very friendly staff. One of the best assisted living and memory care facilities that I have the pleasure of working for. Highly recommend Pine Grove Crossing and as a healthcare worker I know exactly what I’m talking about.
I have been working here since 2019 on 3rd shift and I must say I love that management recognize how hard we work in taking care of our AMAZING residents! They go above and beyond from delivering Fresh hot pizza for us to having snacks for us. Or even just a simple ‘Thank You” note! Montage Hills really values their employees. Hello!My brother and I were looking for an Assisted Living Home/Facility for our beautiful Mother who is now 94 years young!I found Montage Hills, and the thing that caught my eye about it was the word “CARE”, and somehow I could feel that it wasn’t just a word there! I felt that it was true! So upon calling, I set up an appointment to come in and speak with the Director, Hani Pullen, who exemplified the very word that drew me there in the first place… “CARE”! She took time out with me, didn’t rush me, was very hospitable and kind, respectful, and honest, and I was very intrigued and encouraged concerning her, and the Facility!At the time my brother was looking at another Facility, so in all fairness I asked him for the address so I could go see it and talk with their Director, in which I did. And there was no comparison… none at all!So upon letting my brother know, he respected my decision, and we brought our Mother in for an appointment and the rest is history! We choose Montage Hills over several other assisted living communities in the area mostly due to how warm and close the community seemed. Everyone we met was wonderful and Hani, the head of operations, was so sweet to my Mom and we could tell she really cared for the residents and the staff. Since move in, my mother has been happy with everything and she have mad friends. We are thrilled that she is fitting in and is happy.
Montage Hills is a wonderful place and Hani was fantastic at introducing us and our loved one to Montage Hills. She took the necessary time to ease our apprehensions at left us feeling very confident that we made the right choice for our loved one. The facility is well kept and the units are just lovely. The staff are very helpful and kind. I am very happy with our choice and our loved one, more importantly, has improved in her quality of living. That’s the key and reason we do this.

Just called this facility, in hopes of finding an old family friend for my father who has Alzheimers. I realize the privacy policies but just wanted to leave a message for this person IF they are a resident there. The girl who answered the phone, after explaining the situation, was extremely rude. I completely understand the policy but there was need to be like that. Just wanted to leave a message.
These wonderful people take great care of my dad. He has Alzheimers. He has bad days but these people still take exceptional care of him. He is never alone. Love how he is taken care of. I’m out of state and it’s one less worry for me.
Located in a great part of town this community is special. Besides the lovely building and decor it is warm and welcoming. I would have loved to have my grandma live here!
