Wendell White is Generations Founder and current Chairman of the Board, providing support and guidance to its Leadership Team.
For Wendell, senior care was truly generational, as he grew up living at Parkview – a “rest home” operated by his grandparents. Wendell started his own business in 1965 and has been a pioneer of Senior Living on the West Coast, overseeing the development of more than 20 facilities in OR, WA and CA. Highlights of his 60+ years of leadership include the establishment of three groundbreaking, resort-style Village communities, founding Parkview Memory Care Centers in honor of his grandparents’ legacy, and developing Academy Village, a new, intergenerational community in Sacramento, California.
As President and COO, Kathy LeVee is as tenacious as she is strategic, earning her stripes working in multiple departments before becoming an administrator.
Kathy brings more than 30 years of industry experience to her oversight of strategic positioning at Generations, which includes leadership and strategic development, portfolio growth, workflow streamlining, relationship growth, project deployments/execution and pandemic recovery. A natural mentor, she knows that positive results begin with strength in leadership and loves to help others realize their highest potential. Kathy has an unending sense of curiosity she couples with her love of people, and is passionate about serving others through both her work and volunteer positions.
