Montage Ridge is truly a special place. We have staff that have been working in our building since it opened 25 years ago, which is the biggest testament to how amazing this place really is. We have had two parents at their facility. The staff is very caring, concerning and took care of our parents well. The facility is clean, other residents are always out and about with their activities. Please check into this facility for your loved one.
The staff and care team at montage ridge go above and beyond for their residents. I have been a PTA in skilled nursing and senior living for over 10 years. This environment is not an easy one, the level of care needed to everyone here is high. This community has shown me over the last 3 years that they are willing to accommodate and adapt to residents needs. They listen to families and try their best to make it right. The staff here are willing to work with residents and family to accommodate their wants and needs. They are open to communication and able to grow with your loved ones needs. There is always something going on to keep folks entertained.
I was looking for an assistant living community for my Dad. I had visited about 10 different communities. When I walked into montage Ridge, I knew right away that this would be a very good fit for my dad. The staff is wonderful, friendly, and a very accommodating. My dad was very hesitant about moving when I took him to visit the community, after meeting all of the staff they put him at ease. I would recommend anybody looking for an assistant living community in Lakewood. Please stop by and visit, i’m sure it would be a good fit for any aging Parent. Most communities want you to sign up the day you visit Joya and her staff Never put any pressure on signing up today of the visit.
Amazing care! My 91 yr old mother was in acute care rehab for 5 weeks here. The nurses were prompt and responsive and kind. The food was excellent. The PAs and NPs were on top of all her medical needs and even on weekends got scans and necessary tests. The communication with each other and with us was great. Calls were returned promptly and updates texted when needed. We highly recommend Montage Ridge.
Our family member has received wonderful care at Montage Ridge. The staff are kind, caring, and professional in every way. He loves the food, activities, and the people. We are very lucky to have found Montage Ridge.
My mother recently came here for rehabilitation and I was very pleased with the care she received. The CNA’s during day shift were super sweet and helpful. I liked the fact they always encouraged my mother to go to the dining hall. Big thank you to the PA’s Tim Shank, Jane and Pam the night nurse who was always so helpful. Thank you Montage Ridge!
Very nice assisted senior housing. The building is clean, the staff and caregivers are friendly and efficient. All seem to enjoy THEIR JOBS and TREAT my mother well.Good variety of meals and though it is a little bland, I understand that most of OUR SENIOR FAMILY MEMBERS CANNOT CONTINUE to eat highly seasoned items and such.Keep up the great job!
Staff was warm and friendly, immediately making patient and family members comfortable. My father arrived during the dinner hour and they had a meal waiting for him. Nurses were efficient and helpful with completing necessary paperwork. They were attentive, patient, and took time to explain how rehab would begin the following day. Nurses checked in frequently to remind my father to use his call button if he needed anything, any time during the night. After initially being somewhat resistant to rehab, my father commented several times that Montage Ridge was a very nice place to be and that it felt “homey.” His room is very spacious with comfortable furniture. We are extremely impressed with the facility and the staff. Montage Ridge has already exceeded our expectations.
We want to thank the entire staff for the amazing care they provided to our father. They went out of their way daily to provide him with a warm and caring environment and supported him with all of his care needs. The entire staff is top notch and truly cared for him as they would for their own family members. There are so many instances where they went above and beyond to care for our father and his dog and us that we will be eternally grateful for! In addition, the Brookdale Hospice Team and Nursing staff who helped him through his final stages of life was incredible! We feel extremely blessed that our father was here for several years and so well cared for! Many thanks to Marissa and her amazing Team!
