Just an absolutely delightful place. A lot of activities and interaction with the residents. The food is good, very friendly staff. One of the best assisted living and memory care facilities that I have the pleasure of working for. Highly recommend Pine Grove Crossing and as a healthcare worker I know exactly what I’m talking about.
I have been working here since 2019 on 3rd shift and I must say I love that management recognize how hard we work in taking care of our AMAZING residents! They go above and beyond from delivering Fresh hot pizza for us to having snacks for us. Or even just a simple ‘Thank You” note! Montage Hills really values their employees. And I am happy to be apart of the team!
Hello!My brother and I were looking for an Assisted Living Home/Facility for our beautiful Mother who is now 94 years young!I found Montage Hills, and the thing that caught my eye about it was the word “CARE”, and somehow I could feel that it wasn’t just a word there! I felt that it was true! So upon calling, I set up an appointment to come in and speak with the Director, Hani Pullen, who exemplified the very word that drew me there in the first place… “CARE”! She took time out with me, didn’t rush me, was very hospitable and kind, respectful, and honest, and I was very intrigued and encouraged concerning her, and the Facility!At the time my brother was looking at another Facility, so in all fairness I asked him for the address so I could go see it and talk with their Director, in which I did. And there was no comparison… none at all!So upon letting my brother know, he respected my decision, and we brought our Mother in for an appointment and the rest is history! She loves it too!!So, I thank God for our Hani! And had it not been specifically for her kindness, relativity, and her professionalism, we may not be here!Thanks Hani! God bless!!Love,Kathy Boyd
We choose Montage Hills over several other assisted living communities in the area mostly due to how warm and close the community seemed. Everyone we met was wonderful and Hani, the head of operations, was so sweet to my Mom and we could tell she really cared for the residents and the staff. Since move in, my mother has been happy with everything and she have mad friends. We are thrilled that she is fitting in and is happy.
Montage Hills is a wonderful place and Hani was fantastic at introducing us and our loved one to Montage Hills. She took the necessary time to ease our apprehensions at left us feeling very confident that we made the right choice for our loved one. The facility is well kept and the units are just lovely. The staff are very helpful and kind. I am very happy with our choice and our loved one, more importantly, has improved in her quality of living. That’s the key and reason we do this.
