With over 35 years of experience in the senior care industry, including a decade as CEO, Melody brings a unique perspective shaped by growing up in the family business.
Generations, a fifth-generation family company with an 80-year legacy, is transitioning leadership to a non-family member for the first time. This transition to Kathy LeVee as CEO marks a new chapter in the company's storied history, with Melody continuing to play a crucial advisory role. With a focus on building a strong bench of female leadership, Melody has well-prepared the company for a historic transition.

With a career spanning 35 years in the senior care industry, including over two decades in C-suite roles, Kathy brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of success to her leadership of Generations.
Spearheading initiatives in strategic development, portfolio expansion, workflow optimization, and relationship building, Kathy’s leadership philosophy is rooted in curiosity and continuous reinvention, always seeking new ways to deliver care, innovate, and focus on population health management. She leads a fierce, experienced team of female executives, ready to take Generations to new heights in the evolving landscape of senior care.
Kristin Walker
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer at Generations, Kristin Walker brings a unique blend of financial acumen and reverence for the senior care industry to her role. With 9 years of dedicated service to Generations, Kristin has been instrumental in steering the organization's financial strategy and operations through an unprecedented pandemic and periods of rapid growth.
With 18+ years of experience and a Master's degree in Accounting, Kristin provides a high level of expertise to her role as well as a balancing force when it comes to managing complex financial challenges and opportunities. She is passionate about knowledge sharing and takes pride in fostering the growth and development of the accounting team, following the mantra, “we fail and succeed together.”
