A message from our Executive Director, Jaya Lewis
What I love most about Lakeview Commons is the feeling of warmth, kindness, and belonging you experience the moment you walk through our doors—a feeling created by the smiles of our residents, the support of their families, the dedication of our staff, and the friendships we share with our community partners. This is more than a senior living community; it is a family where people come together with the shared purpose of making a positive difference in the lives of others. I am incredibly proud to be part of the Generations family and an organization that puts people first, ensuring every resident, family member, and team member feels seen, heard, valued, respected, and genuinely loved. I work in senior living because it fuels my soul and gives me the privilege of walking alongside individuals whose lives are filled with meaningful stories, valuable wisdom, and continued purpose. I truly believe this work is my God-given calling, and my hope is to bring comfort, joy, and hope to our residents while reminding them how deeply they matter. Having traveled this journey with my own family, I also understand the importance of helping families feel confident and at peace knowing their loved one is receiving the utmost compassionate care—and serving them in that way is an honor.
