Academy Village – Carmichael, CA
Academy Village is a proposed new senior housing community located on approximately 16 acres at the corner of Winding Way and Hackberry. The community includes 204 Independent Living 55+ Apartments, 12 Independent Living Villas, 8 Independent Living Micro-Homes, 93 Assisted Living Apartments, and 50 Memory Care Beds.
This community is designed to enhance the surrounding area and provide inter-generational opportunities for living well and learning with the adjacent school. Central to the project is the Community Village Square which is open to the public with a restaurant, cafe, fitness center, indoor pool, and other wellness amenities.
Peninsula Wellness Community – Burlingame, CA
Since 2017, Generations, together with PMB, has partnered with the Peninsula Healthcare District to develop plans for the next phase of the Peninsula Wellness Community. The vision for this project is to provide a vibrant, wellness oriented community for seniors.
Current plans include over 450 independent senior living apartments, a community hub with dining and activity spaces, approximately 100,000 sf of medical office space, and a variety of outdoor activity areas. It is anticipated that more information regarding the latest design will be available before the end of 2020.
